The Whisk[e]y Project is a passion project I started so that I could ramble on about whisky and learn the art of whisky tasting. I have created a Whisky Report Card based off of the aspects I like from many of the tasting sheets from different wine, beer and spirit tasting courses and seminars I have attended. I am by no means an expert but wanted to have fun with something I love. Canadian, Irish, Scotch, Japanese, Indian, Bourbon, Tennessee, Rye, Blended, Single Malt all the whiskies of the world need to be enjoyed however one enjoys to drink their whisky from neat, on the rocks or in cocktails. On its own or paired with snacks, food or even cigars. As I have mentioned I am no expert so hopefully I don’t offend anyone with the misspelling of names, regions or anything else. Good thing this isn’t a vblog or a podcast cause the pronouncing of many of the names of some of these whiskies would be butchered. Throughout this page, I will be using the spelling of whisky as the umbrella spelling, but will do my best to add the ‘e’ in whiskey when the country of origin spells it as so. I hope you all will join me in raising a glass of whisky and exploring different topics along the way.
